Our people are now realisng the adverse effects of umlimited births on our national economy and individual family life.They are therefore going in for the avaialble Family Planning methods,though reluctantly,as the pill,the l00p and the surical measures are all having certain drawbacks.In this context,Ayurvedic medicines and methods being simple and safe,can play a promonent role.Here under a few observations :(Article publisehed in Magazine "Journal of the Naional Integrated Medical Association in 1976").
